Our Active Flag Committee is made up of students from from Junior infants to Sixth Class

Provide all pupils with appropriate PE provision and ensure the school PE plan is both comprehensive and up to date.
Promote physical activity during break times as well as introducing new sports into the school PE timetable
Provide students with various physical activities during the school day such as Tennis Lessons, Skipping Rope workshops, GAA training, Rugby training and Bike Safe Workshops.
We love to see pupils walking or cycling to school and encourage as much physical activity at home and in the community with family and friends.

Recently the senior pupils of our school conducted a PE Equipment Audit. They counted all our PE equipment and checked the condition of the equipment. This was very useful as it informed us of all the various equipment we have and highlighted any equipment that needs to be replaced. While conducting our audit, we organised and labelled our equipment clearly. This will help our teachers and pupils locate and use the equipment efficiently.

The Active School Committee have designed and made a suggestion box. Children can place their suggestions for our Active School Committee here. The suggestion box was shown to all classes and is located in the school hall.
